These websites and the QuantifyQS product are operated by Obedience, a United Kingdom software startup building AI tools for quantity surveying.

Obedience is completing its UK company registration. The registered company name, company number, place of registration and registered office address will be published on this page, in our site footers and in our email templates as soon as registration completes, as the Companies Act 2006 and the Company, LLP and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015 require.

02Regulatory position

There is no licensing or authorisation regime for quantity surveying software in the United Kingdom: no regulator approves products of this kind. What the law does require of us, we comply with: UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, the Companies Act 2006 disclosure rules, and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008.
